The Bourbon Introspective
Description: This pour opens with a decadent nose of candied pralines, flan, and rich butterscotch, setting the stage for a dessert-like experience. The palate delivers on that expectation with brown sugar, cherry cordial, and coffee cake, wrapping each sip in smooth, sweet layers. While the medium-short finish leans into warm amaretto and vanilla, a longer finish would’ve made this an absolute standout.
