This is a bourbon crafted for connoisseurs who value a refined, layered profile. Palate: Soft honey sweetness, toasted oak, and a captivating mix of cardamom, nutmeg, and a subtle barrel char.
Description: After being pleasantly surprised by the 8-year expression, I had to try the 10-year. It is important to note that the 8-year and the 10-year do not share the same mash bill. Both have 75% corn, but the 10-year has 6% less rye and 6% more malted barley. The 10-year is a little less sweet and drinks a little cooler. Once you let it breathe, it drinks smooth and cool into a mild sweetness with a toast, a mild hug, and a slightly dry medium finish.
