Description: Very mellow, smooth, and cool with clean flavors that are sure to be rich and prominent at a higher proof but lack some depth at this expression's lower proof while remaining viscous and coating the palate. The expression was a little prickly on day one, but on day two, it turned into an expression anyone, new or seasoned, can enjoy. No age statement exists, but this does not drink young like many other bourbons. An easy introduction to bourbon for friends who are not accustomed to higher proof bourbons.

Palate: Carmel, Tobacco, Light Orange, Light Oak, Light Leather, Light Rye Spice

Finish: Oak Tannin, White Pepper, Brown Sugar Light Caramel
