Proposed Profile
Nose: Brown sugar and cinnamon breakfast pastry.
Palate: Smooth caramel syrup, brown sugar, subtle barrel char, and hints of butterscotch and crème brûlée. Vanilla and graham cracker with hints of dried cherry fruit.
Finish: Savory roasted marshmallow finish and slight spice.
Description: The neck pour had a bit of youth, but this really opens up after you let it breathe. For the price and limited release, I will be looking for a backup despite some mild youthful characteristics.

Palate: Vanilla Cream, Sweet Oak, Char, Mild Spice, and A Little Youth
