Nose: Blood orange zest, brandied cherries, fresh pecan pie, and toasted s’mores.

Palate: Nilla wafer, blueberry muffin, cashew butter, cracked white pepper, & coffee cake.

Finish: Long, crisp yet lingering, black currant, fig newton, sweet hibiscus and star anise.

Description: Continuing to support the cause, Matt provided this dram along with the red corn. The blue corn expression is smoother on the initial palate than the red corn but provides more oak and less sweetness with a medium-long finish.

Nose: Tobacco, Caramelized Sugar

Palate: Candy Corn, Oak, Blueberry Pancakes and Whip Cream

Finish: Pencil Shavings, Sugar Cane
