Description: Another dram provided by Matt, along with its blue corn counterpart. The red corn expression is a little hotter or more youthful on the initial palate than the blue corn. However, it quickly transitions into a masterful sweet blend reminiscent of French vanilla custard that holds on for a medium-long sweet finish.

Nose: Raisin Rum Pudding, Vanilla

Palate: White Pepper, Sweet Cream, Light Oak, French Vanilla Custard

Finish: Sugar Cane, Vanilla
