The Bourbon Introspective
Description: Initially prickly on the tongue with a nice, long-lasting warm hug, this pour quickly transitions into an extremely smooth finish, drinking well below its proof on the palate while the proof shows up pleasantly in the warmth of the finish. The finish starts off short but gradually extends, holding onto those bubble gum and green herbal notes for a medium-long close. Give it time to open up the nose on the neck pour is initially ethanol-forward but evolves nicely with a little patience.
