The Bourbon Introspective

Description: Initially prickly on the tongue with a soft, warm hug, this pour transitions into an incredibly smooth and sweet pour, drinking well below its proof. The palate is viscous and rich, with extra sweetness carrying through from start to finish. The finish starts off modest but grows longer with each sip, leaving behind viscous lingering sweetness with a bit of spice for a medium-long finish. After some patience, this pour's nose evolves, revealing soft layers of sugar cookie, honey, and butterscotch as it breathes.

Nose: Sugar Cookie, Honey, Butterscotch

Palate: Tobacco, Caramel, Light Amaretto, Soft Oak, Light Citrus, White Pepper

Finish: Sugar Cane, Sweet Acorn, White Pepper
