Proposed Profile

Nose: With your first inhale, the aroma bursts forth with vibrant notes of red berries and sweet vanilla that captivate the senses. A hint of fresh grain lingers in the background, while the remarkably low ethanol content ensures that the delicious fragrances shine through effortlessly. Palate: As you take your first sip, a smooth, mellow wave of black licorice enlivens the palate, enveloping you in its intriguing flavor. This distinctive note harmonizes beautifully with the sweetness of vanilla and warm hints of cardamom and ripe strawberry. As the taste journey evolves, a subtle touch of green apple emerges, creating a refreshing finish that lingers pleasantly. Finish: Our 8-Year Kentucky Rye culminates in a medium, slightly oily finish that offers a delightful touch of astringency, leaving you eager for the next sip.

The Bourbon Introspective

Description: This pour opens with a myriad of notes on the nose, and is my favorite part of this expression. The palate is spice-forward, with the black liquorice notes coat the mouth with a little fresh breath of air. The finish sticks to the sides of the tongue, holding the prickly rye spice initially and transitioning to sweet walnut for a medium finish.

Nose: Vanilla, Butterscotch, Tobacco, Golden Raisins, Faint Concord Grape, and Blackberry

Palate: Black Liquorice, Rye Spice, Caramel, Red Berry Jam, Oak Tannin

Finish: Bitter Sweet Walnut, Barrel Char
